Laplante Dodge is seeking a bilingual experienced Service Advisor (Service Technician) for their growing Service department. You are a driven individual with a natural inclination to deliver great customer experience and you have a desire to succeed and contribute to the success of the company.

Responsibilities:
Welcome customers as soon as they enter the building.
Open work orders and expertly recommend required automotive maintenance and repairs to the customer.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle.
Must serve and advise customers in order to meet their needs, both on the phone and in person.

Qualifications: (Requirements and Competencies)
Must be fully bilingual in both French and English.
Must have experience dealing with different types of people in a retail environment.
Must have 1-2 years experience as a Service Advisor in the field of automotive
Must be able to effectively communicate with all other departments in the retail facility
Ability to work in a fast-paced industry
Willingness to spend time with individual customers, even in a hectic and busy environment.
Focused, driven, team player, with strong and effective communication skills.
